	3 to 4 Guests	$2200/week

Maximum guests per villa is 5; add $200/week for fifth guest

Terms

Check in time is 3 PM day of arrival,check out time 10 AM day of departure.

50% deposit required to hold reservation,BALANCE DUE 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL.

Refunds for cancellations must be made 60 days in advance of booking date, less $100.00 service fee; refunds will be made only if time reserved is rented by another party.

We accept Paypal, certified US banker's checks, traveler checks or cash.
